My Own Texture

I randomly added circles of different colors and sizes then painted the back, half red and half magenta to give it a gradient feel. Finally I added the stained glass filter.

Halftone Pattern: Line

Smudge Stick

My favorite filter that I used today was the grain filter. It added a distortion to the image which the lines of the parts I added become a little more smooth. I like that the filter was subtle, but still added something to the overall look and feel of the picture.

Expectations For This Class

Being in RCHS I always expect to be involved in rigorous classes, and taking this one in August term is no different. Although I am familiar with computers, I know I still have a lot to learn. Based on what other people say this class should bring experience with PhotoShop and other programs that I have always heard about, but had little experience with. I think of myself as a creative person, so I hope this class will bring me the opportunity to let that show. I am greatly looking forward to these next two weeks.
